About the Role

Our client is seeking an eager Junior Strategy Consultant to join their fully remote team based in Derby . You will support senior consultants in market analysis, data gathering, and the formulation of strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend identification.
• Gather, organize, and analyse data to support the development of strategic recommendations.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for client meetings under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Support the documentation of business processes and strategic frameworks.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members and clients using virtual communication platforms.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of innovative solutions to client challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a foundational understanding of strategic frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the consulting field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
