Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic network troubleshooting and diagnostics under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support the monitoring of network performance and respond to basic alerts.
• Maintain accurate records of network configurations and equipment inventory.
• Participate in team projects and assist with network upgrades and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of telecommunications networks and related technologies.
