About the Role

You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various telecommunications systems. Your role will involve supporting network operations, troubleshooting basic issues, and assisting with network upgrades. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of telecommunications equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues under supervision.
• Monitor network performance and alert senior staff to potential problems.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and documentation of network assets.
• Participate in network upgrades and maintenance activities as directed.
• Learn and apply company standards and best practices for network operations.

Requirements

• A foundational understanding of networking principles and telecommunications technologies.
• Familiarity with basic network hardware such as routers and switches.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a technical field.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline is preferred.
