About the Role

You will work alongside experienced engineers, assisting in the design, implementation, and support of network systems, gaining hands-on experience with modern telecoms technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of network equipment under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Monitor network performance and contribute to troubleshooting efforts for basic connectivity issues.
• Support the maintenance and documentation of network infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in team projects, contributing to the development and deployment of new telecommunications solutions.
• Learn and apply industry best practices for network operations and support.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide first-level technical support for internal users and basic customer queries.

Requirements

• A degree or HND in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and common network protocols.
• Familiarity with telecommunications hardware and software is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills within the telecoms sector.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
