Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of key clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and requests.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, demonstrate value, and foster partnership growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing large, strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of client business needs and how to align them with product/service offerings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
