You will act as the primary liaison, understanding client needs deeply and coordinating internal resources to deliver exceptional value. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth objectives are met.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account Management , Strategic Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of client needs analysis and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
