The Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum Create a positive classroom environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve Adapt teaching to meet different abilities and learning needs Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning Contribute to wider school activities and initiatives Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practiceWhat We're Looking For
QTS and experience teaching within Key Stage 2 Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum Confident classroom management skills A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour Excellent communication and organisational skills A collaborative approach to working with colleagues Someone keen to develop professionally and take on additional responsibilitiesWhat Makes This Opportunity Stand Out?
