We, Academics, are looking for suitable candidates to support as Teaching Assistants for a number of our reputable schools in the Birmingham, B14 area and surrounding areas. This Teaching Assistant opportunity starts ASAP and is full-time role.

Location: Kings Heath, B14

As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant your main responsibilities will consist of:

Not only supporting pupils educational development but also managing and supporting the classroom alongside the designated teacher Creating a positive and engaging atmosphere in the classroom Providing tailored assistance for SEND pupils Monitoring students and reporting to designated teacher when needed De-escalating behavioural conflicts and recognising good behaviour in accordance with the schools policiesTeaching Assistant Requirements:
