Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and portioning.

• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring correct stock rotation and organization.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, assisting wherever needed.
• Dispose of waste correctly and maintain a tidy work area.

Requirements
