Key Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sterilize all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen floor, surfaces, and equipment.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company and environmental policies.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage of stock.
• Support the kitchen team by ensuring all areas are kept tidy and operational.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
