About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and diligent Kitchen Porter to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within their busy kitchen in Wolverhampton . You will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen brigade by ensuring all areas are spotless, dishes are washed, and equipment is maintained. This role is essential for the smooth operation of the kitchen and adherence to strict health and safety standards in Wolverhampton .

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required.
• Empty waste bins and ensure correct disposal of waste.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure all work areas adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
