You will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning equipment, managing waste, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors according to hygiene standards.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in designated areas as per company policy.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables, under the guidance of chefs.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks, including standing for long periods.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and safety procedures.
