You will be responsible for washing dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sterilize dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers and manual methods.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Dispose of waste and recycling responsibly according to company procedures.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables and portioning ingredients.
• Receive deliveries and organize stock in storage areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar cleaning role is an advantage.
