You will be working closely with the chefs and kitchen team, playing a vital part in upholding the high standards of hygiene and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Wash and properly store all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and cookware.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure the stockroom and storage areas are kept clean and organized.
• Support the kitchen team by fetching ingredients and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar cleaning role is a plus, but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
