Kitchen Sales Designer

This family-run business has established a solid and long-standing history within the independent kitchen marketplace over many years and due to the success of their latest new showroom they are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to work out of their Leamington Spa showroom. As one of the Designers you will be handling their clients design visions from initial contact through to completion. You will be working with a team of administrators for the ordering and scheduling, project managers and installers along with your fellow designers. Ideally, they would prefer that you are based in Warwickshire to work with their clients in that area. They are looking for someone passionate about design and customer care, self-motivated and able to work to deadlines. Skills and Experience needed from the Kitchen Designer: Strong design and sales background within the independent kitchen marketplace Knowledge working with hand-made in-frame and German kitchens would be ideal A natural flair for design, presentation and customer service Good IT skills and CAD literate (they use Compusoft Winner and EQ) A confident, enthusiastic individual with a positive work ethic Full driving licence essential On offer is a basic salary c£40k plus pension, laptop, mobile phone, travel expenses and an excellent commission structure. OTE: £75k to £80k. On offer is a basic salary of between £30k and £40k plus a very good commission structure (OTE£65kto£80k), pension, laptop, mobile phone and travel expenses. The role will be Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu.
