Kitchen Team Leader & Chef de Partie

Village Hotels Bristol is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie to own your section during busy services and support the wider brigade. You will ensure quality, temperature, and presentation on every plate, while maintaining brand standards and safety procedures.

You will lead the kitchen on shift, coach junior chefs, manage stock and wastage, and ensure all paperwork is up to date for monthly stock takes. A proactive attitude and teamwork are essential for success.
