Kitchen Team Leader: Grow Toward Head Chef

Premier Inn Bangor is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide day-to-day kitchen operations in Menai Business Park, Bangor, North Wales. You will own food ordering, stock control, and keep costs on track for the entire hotel, while leading the team through busy services and ensuring audit-ready hygiene.

You will work closely with the Hotel Manager, shaping the kitchen’s quality and standards and building your path toward higher leadership roles within Whitbread’s hospitality portfolio.
