Premier Inn Gatwick Crawley Town (Goffs Park) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders, and lead the team through busy services while maintaining audit-ready standards.

You'll work closely with the Hotel Manager, own food orders and stock control, and ensure health and safety compliance. The role is part-time (18 hours/week) with pay up to £14.31 per hour at Crawley.
