Kitchen Team Leader: Lead & Grow toward Head Chef

Premier Inn Sittingbourne Kent is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to take full ownership of food quality and hygiene.

You’ll own food ordering, stock control and keep costs on track, while leading the team during service and maintaining health and safety standards. This hands-on role offers growth toward Head Chef as you develop your leadership and culinary skills.
