Kitchen Team Leader — Path to Head Chef

Premier Inn Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders, and guide the team through busy services.

You’ll take full ownership of food quality, hygiene and cost control, working closely with the Hotel Manager to deliver high standards across meals from breakfast to pub classics, and to develop your leadership path within Whitbread.
