Wren Kitchens in Llandudno is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to create inspired kitchen and bedroom designs in our showroom. You will meet customers, guide them through the end-to-end Wren journey, and aim to convert designs into sales with a proactive, target-driven approach.

Experience in design is not essential; enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset are key. The role offers a basic salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of around £50,000, along with extensive training and progression
