Korean-Speaking In-House Counsel for Global Offshore Wind

SeAH Wind is seeking a talented and commercially minded Legal Counsel to manage the company’s overall legal affairs within our multinational renewable energy group. This role sits in a newly developing legal function and supports major offshore wind farm projects across jurisdictions.

You will deliver legal advice, oversee governance and compliance, draft and negotiate contracts and financing agreements, and coordinate with external advisers to ensure pragmatic service delivery.
