Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports pupils' academic and personal development.
• Establish strong relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners within the classroom.
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all pupils.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour management and classroom organisation.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Sound knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Passionate about education and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible, positive, and proactive approach to teaching.
