KS1 Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support for pupils across Key Stage 1.
• Work with small intervention groups.
• Help pupils reach their full potential academically and socially.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school.
• Experience supporting children in Key Stage 1.
• A positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential for candidates with relevant experience).
