KS2 Assistant Headteacher | Strategic School Leader

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Brent to recruit an experienced Assistant Headteacher for September. The role focuses on strategic leadership across KS2, driving high standards and supporting teaching and learning for Years 3–6.

You will join the Senior Leadership Team to monitor attainment, lead curriculum development, and oversee safeguarding. You will coach and develop teachers through effective mentoring and feedback, leading staff meetings
