About the Role

Our client is searching for an inspiring and qualified Science Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to students in Years 7-11 (KS3/KS4) at a secondary school located in Bradford . Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach effective science lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering various scientific disciplines.
• Assess student work, provide feedback, and monitor progress towards examination targets.
• Develop practical investigation skills and encourage scientific inquiry among students.
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in a relevant science discipline and experience teaching KS3/KS4 Science.
• Knowledge of current science curriculum frameworks and assessment requirements.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
