KS3 Tutor
Help Young People Re-Engage with Learning
We're looking for a KS3 Tutor to support children and young people across the BCP area through personalised 1:1 tuition.
Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you'll provide tailored educational support to learners in Key Stage 3 who require alternative provision. Many of the students we support have experienced barriers to education and benefit from a flexible, supportive approach that helps build confidence, improve engagement, and encourage academic progress.
This is a fantastic opportunity for education professionals who enjoy working closely with learners and adapting their approach to meet individual needs.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months' experience in an educational setting, including tutoring, teaching, teaching assistant, mentoring, learning support, or similar roles Experience supporting secondary-aged learners Strong knowledge of the KS3 curriculum Ability to plan and deliver engaging, personalised sessions Experience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally across the BCP area
