KS4 Learning Support Assistant — Empathetic Student Advocate

Caister Academy is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work closely with a KS4 student who has an Education, Health and Care Plan. You will provide patient, consistent support to help the student feel safe and ready to learn.

With strong communication, reliability and a commitment to inclusion, you will collaborate with the SENDCo and class teachers to promote progress and independence through structured, empathetic guidance.
