KS4 Pastoral Support Officer: Student Wellbeing

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Pastoral Support Officer for KS4 to work at a secondary school in Romford, East London. The role supports pastoral care and behaviour during a period of staff absence, primarily with Key Stage 4 students.

You will work with pastoral leaders to improve engagement, attendance, and academic progress, delivering targeted interventions and liaising with parents and external agencies as appropriate.
