We’re looking for an experienced and creative Learning & Development Business Partner to join this ambitious organisation. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development , you’ll work closely with Directors, Heads of Departments, and Line Managers across a variety of divisions, helping shape a culture of continuous growth, capability and performance.

Working alongside our L&D Manager at other sites, you'll be based in our Manchester Head Office , with weekly travel to other local offices. There will be a strong focus on digital and tech teams in this role, engaging these functions in L&D will be key to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and deliver innovative, engaging training solutions – in-person and remotely
• Partner with leaders to create impactful career progression and talent retention programmes
• Champion and manage our learning platforms and systems
• Analyse training effectiveness and use insights to drive performance
• Coach and support Senior Leaders and Line Managers to unlock their full potential
• Lead on succession planning, onboarding, and graduate scheme development
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and learning needs assessments
• Help build a best-in-class apprenticeship and induction programme

What You’ll Bring:

• A background in L&D (qualification desirable) with strong experience in Digital/Tech environments
• A flair for designing and delivering creative, outcome-driven training
• Proficiency in remote delivery tools (Zoom, MS Teams) and LMS platforms
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and a results-focused mindset
• Natural coaching ability and a passion for innovation (AI experience a plus!)
• Ability to travel across sites as needed
