JOB SPECIFICATION – 6 x LABOURERS

Job Description

We are looking for 6 x CSCS Labourers to assist with a strip-out project in Maidenhead.

Duties

• General strip-out and demolition works

• Removing fixtures, fittings and materials

• Loading and moving waste materials

• Assisting tradesmen on site

• Keeping the work area clean and tidy

• Following site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Labourer Card – Essential

• Previous strip-out or demolition experience preferred

• Good understanding of site health and safety

• Reliable and punctual

• Full PPE required

• Asbestos awareness beneficial
