Landscape Foreman & Field Supervisor

Jay-Crew Landscape is seeking a Foreman/Supervisor to lead landscape maintenance and installation crews year-round. You will manage projects, ensure quality service, supervise crews, and handle paperwork and safety on site across our Indiana markets. The role requires strong communication and a hands-on leadership style.

The position emphasizes scheduling, training, equipment operation, and maintaining client relationships, with travel within the designated market area and outside work as needed.
