Launchpad: Trainee Web Developer & Coding Pathway

Program Overview

Our training programme provides a structured learning path leading to a career in coding and web development. It is designed for individuals with no or limited experience.

Stages

1. Stage 1 – HTML and CSS (up to 12 weeks)
2. HTML Essentials (up to 6 weeks)
3. CSS Essentials (up to 6 weeks)
4. Stage 2 – Additional Online Training (up to 12 weeks)
5. Command Line (1.5 weeks)
6. Git & GitHub (1.5 weeks)
7. JavaScript (1.5 weeks)
8. Python 3 (1.5 weeks)
9. Stage 3 – Build a Portfolio Website (1 week)

   Develop a personal portfolio showcasing your skills. Optional advanced courses include AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

10. Stage 4 – Placement

    We assist candidates in securing an entry‑level coding or web development role. Potential positions include Junior Developer, Website Support Developer, Junior Web Developer, Content Editor, WordPress Developer, Junior Software Developer, Junior Front‑End/Back‑End Developer, and Development Support.

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must be career changers or entry‑level seekers with a desire to work hard and invest time and money in their development. The programme is not for experienced programmers.
