Location: Didcot Salary: £35,500 - £38,000 DOE + Overtime + Van and Fuel Card Hours: Monday to Friday, No weekend work

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a varied fleet of light commercial vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with an experienced and supportive workshop team

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as an LCV Technician within a dealership or fleet environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• A positive attitude and willingness to continue developing your technical skills
