Eastbourne Area
£40,000 OTE
Are you an experienced LCV Technician / Light Vehicle Technician looking for a stable role with a genuinely family-run business?
We're recruiting for a well-established Automotive Dealership in the Eastbourne Area where the majority of the workshop team have been with the company for 10+ years. Quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are at the heart of the business.
The Package
- Competitive basic salary, depending om skills and expereince
- £800–£900 Workshop Bonus on good months, with up to£200 VHC bonus on work sold
- Monday–Friday only, 8:15am–4:45pm
- IMI & EV training
- Level 2 Technicians supported through Level 3
What They're Looking For
- LCV / Vehicle Technician experience
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
- Good mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Pride in your workmanship
- Someone who wants to develop and become part of a long-standing team
