Looking for Your Next LCV Technician Opportunity? We're recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician to join an established in-house commercial vehicle workshop.
This is a permanent position maintaining and repairing a company's own commercial van fleet. There are no retail customers and no regular weekend rota - your focus will be keeping vehicles maintained, compliant and on the road.
Immediate start available for the right candidate.

The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of vans and LCVs. Duties will include:
- Servicing and maintaining the van and LCV fleet
- Mechanical repairs and general maintenance
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Brakes, suspension, steering and electrical repairs
- Preparing vehicles for MOT
- Identifying defects and completing repairs
- Carrying out preventative maintenance to minimise vehicle downtime
- Responding to breakdowns where required
- Maintaining accurate service and repair records
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced LCV Technician with:
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience as an LCV Technician or vehicle mechanic
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work independently
- Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience working on diesel vans and commercial vehicles
- Relevant mechanical qualifications preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to manage workload without constant supervision
- Pride in their work and understanding of the importance of vehicle uptime
