Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of remote aesthetician professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement advanced virtual treatment protocols for skincare, anti-aging, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct in-depth client assessments and design bespoke treatment plans, monitoring progress closely.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in medical aesthetics and beauty therapy, with a demonstrable track record of client success.
• Expertise in a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including laser therapy, chemical peels, and advanced facials.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in team management or supervision.
• Excellent virtual communication and client relationship management skills.
• Certification from a recognized aesthetic training institution.
