Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Aesthetician to spearhead their premium skincare clinic in Newcastle upon Tyne . Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and bespoke facial therapies.
- Conduct thorough skin analysis and create personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Lead, mentor, and train other aesthetician staff, ensuring consistent quality and service delivery.
- Manage clinic inventory for skincare products and treatment supplies, liaising with suppliers.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic treatments.
Requirements
- Recognized qualification in Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Beauty Therapy with a focus on advanced skin treatments.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performing a variety of advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a similar setting.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
- Exceptional client consultation skills and the ability to build strong rapport.
