Lead AI-Driven Software Architect - Cloud & Security

NiCE is seeking a Lead Software Architect to own and evolve our AI-led delivery platform. You will design secure, scalable software in C# and lead AI-enabled implementation in a cloud multi-tenant environment, shaping the architectural direction and mentoring the team.

You will work in a hybrid setup with cross-functional stakeholders, balancing rapid delivery with robust governance and high standards of quality across design, code, and validation.
