Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models and applications, from conception to deployment.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient AI systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to define project roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Significant professional experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
