Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and machine learning systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for AI projects.
- Oversee the implementation of MLOps practices for scalable and robust AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying complex ML models (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
