About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Lead AI Platform Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure that powers our advanced AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a scalable and reliable AI/ML platform using cloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for automated model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, and storage optimized for AI workloads.
• Ensure the security, performance, and cost-effectiveness of the AI platform.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide solutions.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD within the AI domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps, with a significant focus on ML platforms.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing a remote team and collaborating with stakeholders.
