Lead AI Safety & Internal Agent Evaluations Engineer

Kraken is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to head our Agent Safety/Evals team. As AI agents take on more autonomous tasks across Kraken's internal workflows, this leadership role focuses on constraining their operation to safe spaces and ensuring system reliability.

You will define the technical strategy for model evaluation, guardrails, and governance, work with the AI Foundations team and engineers across Kraken, and deploy high‑throughput safety services on AWS to support internal tooling.
