Lead Air Conditioning Technician – Windsor Static Site

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a seasoned Air Conditioning Working Supervisor for a static Windsor site. The role involves overseeing two engineers and hands-on servicing and repairs of air conditioning systems on a prestigious site.

You will act as the technical lead, managing KPIs and H&S, and must hold NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning with F-gas, plus clearance for enhanced DBS checks. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000, with a Monday to Friday 8am–5pm schedule.
