Key Responsibilities

• Provide artistic and creative leadership for all animation projects, defining visual style and narrative execution.
• Direct and mentor a remote team of animators, character designers, and storyboard artists, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with writers, producers, and other stakeholders to translate scripts and concepts into engaging animated sequences.
• Oversee the animation pipeline, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback on animation, character performance, and visual development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in animation and visual effects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Animation Director or Senior Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing directing and leadership.
• Expertise in 2D or 3D animation techniques and software (e.g., Maya, Blender, Toon Boom).
• Exceptional understanding of storytelling, character development, and cinematic principles.
• Experience managing and motivating remote creative teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
