Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of animators, setting performance benchmarks and providing creative direction.
• Create high-quality character and environment animations for interactive and non-interactive media .
• Develop and refine animation pipelines, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with art directors, game designers, and other stakeholders to achieve the project's vision.
• Ensure animation consistency, quality, and technical compliance across all project assets.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on animation work from the team.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Animator , with a minimum of 4 years in a lead or senior capacity within the Arts & Entertainment sector .
• Demonstrable expertise in character animation, motion capture cleanup, and keyframe animation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, anatomy, and storytelling through movement.
• Experience with game engines and their animation systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
