Lead Anticoagulation Specialist (Outpatient) - NHS Band 7

Evolve Staffing Ltd is recruiting an experienced Band 7 Clinical Anticoagulation Specialist to join a specialist haematology‑led service within an NHS Trust serving Ashford.

You will lead clinics, perform INR monitoring, adjust warfarin/DOAC/LMWH dosing, manage complex cases (CAT, DVT, PE, mechanical valves), and educate patients and carers. Hours are 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with flexible part‑time arrangements possible. Proven NHS anticoagulation experience and UK registration required.
