About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception through to construction.
• Manage and mentor a team of architects, technologists, and designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, and project documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, planning regulations, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Fully qualified architect with a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in architectural design software , including CAD and BIM (e.g., Revit).
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning laws, building regulations, and construction practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
