About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the architectural design and delivery of large-scale projects from inception to close-out.
• Lead client presentations, consultations, and negotiations, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Supervise and mentor a team of architects and designers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Develop innovative design solutions that respond to project briefs, site constraints, and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution and compliance.

Requirements

• Registered Architect with extensive experience (minimum 8 years).
• Proven track record in leading significant urban regeneration and mixed-use developments.
• Expert knowledge of BIM software , including Revit Architecture, and advanced visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and project financial management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
