You will liaunt with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, translating complex requirements into outstanding architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present innovative architectural concepts and design strategies for large-scale projects.
- Lead and manage architectural design teams, assigning tasks and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Liaise with planning authorities and other regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals.
- Ensure high standards of design quality, sustainability, and buildability are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Lead Architect or Senior Architect in a reputable practice.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-disciplinary architectural projects.
- Advanced proficiency in architectural BIM software such as Revit and ArchiCAD.
- In-depth understanding of UK building regulations , planning law, and conservation requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, client management, and negotiation skills.
